Join GAMA-1 in welcoming aboard our new Human Resources Director, Marisol Lindstrom. Ms. Lindstrom brings more than 18 years of experience supporting many different types of industries. She brings a passion for human resources, with a focus on bringing back “the human” in human resources. “I’m excited to work with our team in continuing to provide an excellent experience to all of our employees,” Marisol specified.
As a Human Resource professional, one of her primary goals has been to follow the advice of Walt Disney, “We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” In addition to innovation and customer service, one of her greatest strengths is mentoring and guiding her colleagues to reach great professional heights. Marisol added, “I truly believe in working together towards delivering impressive results.”
In 1992, Marisol joined Walt Disney World and advanced through increased responsibility to her final Disney role as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager. Her career has allowed her to gain a wealth of human resources management knowledge by establishing human resource departments, from soup to nuts.
She has been described as a business leader in HR clothing, as she brings commitment and passion to what she does with a dash of innovation and creativity. When asked about her new chapter here at GAMA-1, she said, “I am thrilled to be part of a company that truly values its employees, and I am looking forward to continuing the excellence.”
