Supporting NOAA’s Information Technology Center (ITC) & Web Operations Center (WOC). GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC partnered with Trusted Mission Solutions has been awarded the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Service Delivery Division (SDD) System Development and Hosting Services (SDHS) which provides support for NOAA’s OCIO Information Technology Center (ITC) in Landover, MD and the Web Operations Center (WOC) in Silver Spring, MD. Our team brings over 20 years’ experience as a trusted NOAA partner and IT support services provider including extensive O&M experience across ITC and the WOC. GAMA-1’s specific experience providing the highly qualified personnel and subject matter experts (SMEs) helping NOAA sustain and modernize its IT infrastructure, systems, and services, including migrating infrastructure and services to the Cloud played a major part in the award.

About NOAA Office of the Chief Information Officer and High-Performance Computing and Communications (OCIO/HPCC) The OCIO provides mission-essential enterprise-wide IT services such as email, calendar, web hosting, administrative computing, networking, security monitoring, and security incident response. Through the NOAA HPCC program, the office ensures cost-effective, enterprise-wide supercomputing support to NOAA’s research and forecasting missions. The CIO has extensive planning, reporting, and oversight responsibilities for IT investments, IT security, Information Quality, and Privacy. These responsibilities originate in a number of Federal laws including the Clinger-Cohen Act, the Federal Information Management Security Act (FISMA), the Information Quality Act, the Privacy Act, and E-Government Act. The CIO is supported by the CIO Council, composed of Line Office Assistant Chief Information Officers.
