GAMA-1 Technologies, a leading next-generation enterprise technology service solutions provider, announces the promotion of Alesa Shelton to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her new role, Ms. Shelton is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of GAMA-1. Reporting directly to the President, Gustavo Gamarra, Ms. Shelton will execute GAMA-1’s strategic business plan set by the Chief Strategic Officer, Jacqueline Genovesi, and CEO/President.

Alesa began her career with GAMA-1 in 2016. Over the years, she has held executive leadership roles in our Operations Business Unit. In 2019, Alesa was promoted from Division Director to Vice President of Operations before her current promotion to Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Ms. Shelton will apply her 25 years of experience providing strategic managed solutions combined with her industry certifications to include: ITIL Expert level, Forrester Customer Experience (CX) Champ (CX-I), and a Technical Business Management Executive (TBM).
